Isolation room for young people in mandatory care 1:12
DIORAMA
The National Board of Institutions in Sweden (SiS) takes care of young people who have been sentenced to mandatory closed youth care. Those who are sentenced to closed youth care have committed a crime but are so young that they cannot be sentenced to prison. Some homes have a so called separation room where individuals that is danger to others or them selves can be temporary put. This practice have been criticised by UN Committee on the Rights of the Child.
